In collaboration with Psychiatric Emergency Reception in Slagelse, where focus is on creating as preventive, homely, and cozy environments as possible, we have shared knowledge about the functionality, usability, and comfort of our latest model Flex Bean Bag. A bean bag chair that is without zippers and small balls, but with foam filling and closed stitching.
In PAM Intensive Care, they say that staff and patients enjoy the Flex Bean Bag in the everyday life, where many patients choose to retreat and sit in the beanbag chair, to find peace and have a relaxing time.
Patients and staff say they find it easy to get out of our Flex Bean Bag, which they are surprised about, because “normally” a bean bag can be heavy and hard to get out of. An experience also shared by patients weighing up to 150 kg., who usually experience greater problems using these soft furnishings.
Staff highlight it as something positive that no zippers have been used anywhere in the chair. This is a great advantage in everyday life, as it removes the possibility of being able to store things in the chair. This makes everyday life easier for all parties in a challenging environment.
