The product is flame retardant and has a high tensile strength, which makes it extremely difficult to tear

The anti-ligature blanket is available in both category A and a reinforced option, which is produced with extra stitching for greater increased safety.
The design concept behind this product is to reduce the risk of self-harm when you are alone, albeit with supervision during rest time.

The blanket provides warmth and comfort and most importantly is designed to minimize the risk of self-harm.
The visible feature of the contrasting red stitching allows for early detection of destruction

Navy fabric with red stitching to allow easy inspection of picking or deconstruction attempts

• Needle-punched polyester for extra strength
• Multi-layer flame retardant polyester exterior with layered seams inside out for protective and concealed seams
• Lots of safety seams with overlocking for maximum protection
• Complies with BS tests for high tensile strength (BS2576), high tear strength (BS4303), dimensional change after wash (BS4923), snagging, abrasion (BS5690)
• Wash at 71ºC in accordance with thermal disinfection, do not use bleach
