A novelty has landed and the Ryno series has been expanded with a 2nd person sofa.

The goal is to create furniture that combines reliable safety and durability with a warm and welcoming aesthetic.

Ryno’s 2nd seater is designed with soft curves and hides a strong internal construction, which is built to withstand the rigors of everyday life in a psychiatric ward or similar.

The 2nd person couch allows users to sit side-by-side with their peers and caregivers, helping to build relationships and support therapeutic goals.

The generous width of the product also comfortably supports bariatric users while avoiding the stigma that can be associated with dedicated bariatric furniture.

The slanted arms and low back height are designed to minimize ligature risks, and for added safety, the product is heavily weighted to 123 kg as standard (lightweight model also available).
