The bathroom shelf is designed specifically for challenged environments. The shelves are made of lightweight material and are impact-proof, reducing the danger potential for staff and patients. The shelves help prevent violence, self-harm and suicide.

The shelf is released only at downward load and is designed to minimize accidental disassemblies, creating safer conditions for patients and staff. The solution has been thoroughly tested according to the DHF TS001 specification and is fire proof as a special chemical stops fire in the material in only ten seconds. This minimizes the risk of vandalism and major damage.

The entire solution is tested by an independent body because we carefully want to balance normalization and safety in all our solutions. The brackets are thus tested according to the Door & Hardware Federation’s technical specifications TS001, which test resistance to ligature points. The bracket has been tested with a 0.5 mm wire diameter and a 10 kg downward load.
